Citizen Swiss Turning Centers
Troy Innovative has 14 Citizen Swiss Turning Centers. Many of our Swiss machines have been retrofitted with electric spindles capable of 80,000 RPM. These spindle speeds are needed for micro drills and end mills – profile milling, small corner radius and small cannulation. All machines have high pressure pumps as to maximize chip evacuation; minimizing galling and improving surface finish.
Fanuc C400ia-MED 10” Wire EDM
Designed especially for the medical, aerospace, and production industries. The c400iA-Med offers an extremely rigid thermally insulated base which is designed for high cutting speeds and exceptional machine reliability.
